Vacation base for 3 nights in Astana, wonderful hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed in a double room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Good and absolutely perfect setting, adjacent to airport and Khorme Expo center, and local shops and supermarket Ramstor. Also, between 21-23kms taxi.

Fantastic brand-new hotel with good value, we had a very good stay. Our standard queen room was equipped with the bare essentials of towels, comfortable bed and great view. Everything was brand-new and the staff was efficient. The property was in a favourable location so close to Astana, and a taxi.

The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, which made waking up a pleasant experience. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, particularly Max, Azamat, Dayana, and the gentleman whose name starts with an N. They went above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast bar offered a great variety of options and was available for a good portion of the morning. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the hotel provided complimentary slippers, water, and toiletries. The free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with loved ones back home. my first experience with Accor hotels was fantastic, and I will definitely be staying at an Ibis hotel again in the future.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was filled with natural light, which was a great way to wake up. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of options and was served for a long duration. We also appreciated the complimentary amenities like slippers and bottled water. The housekeeping staff was always courteous, despite the language barrier. Free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and the front-end hospitality staff, especially Max, were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with front view, minibar plus the bare essentials of towels and it was available. The hotel had a nice location right at Bauyrzhan Momyshuly Park. The staff was proactive & consistently courteous.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nur-Sultan. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the quality of the rooms. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the comfortable beds on the 9th and 13th floors to the basic amenities provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel, approximately 21-23kms from the airport, was also convenient. And lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options including an espresso machine that made delicious coffee variations.
